The Ministry of Defence has awarded a Design Systems Integration Partner (DSIP) call-off contract under the DDAD Open Framework to Rowden Technologies Limited, valued at £4.27 million, to support the ASGARD DECIDE software-defined system-of-systems capability for operational decision-making, targeting, and cross-domain digital fires. The supplier will provide system-level design authority, technical integration leadership, and engineering support from 26 February 2026 through 31 March 2026, with an option to extend to 31 March 2027, operating within a hybrid model at Army Headquarters Andover and other MOD locations under strict OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE security requirements.
