Overview

Birmingham City Council has established a Light Touch Open Framework Agreement worth approximately £35 million for the provision of Support Worker/Navigator Services to vulnerable Birmingham citizens with multiple disadvantages, including those experiencing homelessness, substance misuse issues, and trauma.
