STC1180 - Future Hard FM Maintenance Services Contract

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons has awarded a Hard Facilities Management Maintenance and Building Fabric Services contract for the Parliamentary Estate to OCS Technical Services Limited for £325 million on 22 July 2026. The contract covers an initial term of 6.5 years with optional 1+1 year extensions, including fixed and reactive maintenance costs, small project works, and provisions for adding or removing properties from scope. The contract allows for modifications including up to 20% value adjustments for property changes, up to 50% increases for small works following asset validation, and potential inflationary adjustments due to the heritage nature of the estate.
