Overview

NHS Supply Chain has awarded a framework agreement worth £247.9 million for the supply of wipes and accessories for surface cleaning and disinfection, including indicator products, detergent and disinfection wipes, and sporicidal wipes. The agreement, which runs for three years plus one optional year with an anticipated total value of approximately £150 million, has been awarded to 14 suppliers: Arrow County Supplies Limited, Gama Healthcare Ltd, Guest Medical Limited, HC INNOVATIONS LTD, LINC MEDICAL SYSTEMS LIMITED, Lyreco UK Medical, Nuvik UK Ltd, PAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, PDI (EMEA) LTD, Praxis Medical Ltd, SARACO INDUSTRIES LIMITED, SCHULKE & MAYR UK LIMITED, Valley Northern Limited, and Vernacare International Limited. The framework is now in delivery and all products must comply with medical device regulations, CE marking requirements, and relevant EU safety and biocides regulations.
