Overview

The University Caterers Organisation Limited has awarded a closed framework for the supply and distribution of food and drink concepts to universities, colleges, and public sector organizations, with an estimated total value of £40 million over a maximum 4-year period. The framework covers six food concept lots (chicken, pizza and pasta, Asian and global cuisine, American classics, coffee shop concepts, and sweet treats) and two drinks concept lots (functional and premium non-alcoholic beverages), with all lots including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Twenty suppliers including Apetito Limited, Sysco GB Limited, Costa Limited, and others were awarded contracts valued at £320 million on 26 July 2026.
