Overview

ESPO is establishing a framework for the supply, fit and refurbishment of various flooring types including carpet, vinyl, rubber, linoleum, laminate and hardwood, with an estimated value of £16.67 million. The framework is divided into two lots, with Lot 1 subdivided into carpet, vinyl, linoleum/rubber and resin flooring, and Lot 2 covering laminate and wood flooring supply, fitting and refurbishment. The tender closed on 3 July 2026.
