Overview

Leicestershire County Council (ESPO) has established a national framework for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of modular buildings, divided into ten lots covering education, healthcare, catering, accommodation and miscellaneous buildings, each available for hire or purchase. The framework was awarded on 30 March 2026 to 35 suppliers including Portakabin Limited, Algeco UK Limited, and Moduleco Limited, with a total contract value of £416.67 million.
