VIVID Housing Ltd has awarded a contract worth £52 million to EQUANS Regeneration Limited and WATES PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED to deliver retrofit works on its housing stock. The 2025-30 programme will improve approximately 3,500 homes to EPC C standard using a fabric-first approach, funded through VIVID's own budgets and Warm Homes: Social Housing Funding, as part of its broader Net Zero Investment Plan to reach EPC C for all 36,000 homes by 2030.
