Reports Services Commissioned Through HMPPS Psychology Services Group (PSG)

The Ministry of Justice has awarded a framework contract for psychology report services to eight providers: Carter Brown - The Expert Service Ltd, DLF Psychology Ltd, Forensic Psychological Services Ltd, Forensic Psychology Consultants Ltd, Louise Coughlin Ltd, Psychological Services UK Ltd, Remix Psychological Services Ltd, and one other. The contract, valued at approximately £17 million and awarded on 19 May 2026, covers a five-year period providing registered forensic psychologists to deliver psychology risk assessments, responsivity and suitability assessments, and case reviews for HM Prisons and Probation Service on a regular and ad-hoc basis across public sector prisons and other service delivery sites nationally.
