The service will provide accommodation-based support for single adult men who have experienced homelessness. The services will support adults to ensure they have the necessary life skills to move-on to more independent living. Tenderers must be able to provide a minimum of 48 units in one or more properties in the London Borough of Camden. Tenderers who do not have properties in the London Borough of Camden at the bidding stage should not submit a tender. Please see Schedule 2 Specification for more details of the service being tendered. The maximum annual budget for Lot 1 is £303,342. The Authority reserves the right to disqualify any tender submitted where the maximum value of any year is above the maximum annual budget above.
