Facilities Capex Projects

Northern Gas Networks identified the need for a framework of contractors focused on future Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) investments related to our 'facilities' building stock. Suppliers awarded under this framework proved through tender process that they can provide or a range of minor fit outs, various building improvements, through to comprehensive construction projects. The scope encompass' a variety of commercial building types focusing on the offices and depots throughout the network. Awarded suppliers will be expected to mini tender for each project should they wish to be chosen.
