Overview

Leicestershire County Council (trading as ESPO) has awarded a framework agreement worth £270 million for the supply, installation, service and maintenance of stairlifts, steplifts, vertical through-floor lifts and hoists for domestic use. The framework comprises 7 lots covering seated stairlifts, perch stairlifts, steplifts, inclined platform lifts, vertical through-floor lifts, ceiling track hoists, and mixed requirements, with 16 suppliers appointed including Stannah Lift Services, Savaria Lifts, and others. The contract was awarded on 10 June 2026 and is now in delivery.
