18-25 Autism Support Service

Thurrock Council has awarded a contract to Positive Support Group Limited to deliver an 18–25 Autism Support Service, which supports a small cohort of young people with autism to develop independent living skills, improve health and wellbeing, participate in their communities, and prepare for education or employment. The service delivers person-centred support through structured learning, community-based activities, and family engagement, with outcomes focused on independent living, health and wellbeing, community participation, and education or employment readiness.
