Provision of supported accommodation for single homeless people, rough sleepers and people at risk of rough sleeping (Clare House)

Kirklees Council has awarded a contract to Home Group Limited for £3.77 million to provide housing-related support services for single homeless people, rough sleepers, and those at risk of rough sleeping at Clare House in Huddersfield. The service will operate 22 en-suite units with 24-hour staffing, communal facilities, and training spaces, equipping service users with skills for independent living over a five-year contract period from November 2026 to October 2031, with an option to extend a further five years.
