Overview

Newcastle City Council has awarded a home care services framework valued at £139.3 million to eight providers: Be Caring Ltd, Comfort Call Limited, Hales Group Limited, Kay Care Services Ltd, KD Care Services Ltd, Life and Care Solutions Limited, Springfield Home Care Services Limited, and St. Anthony of Padua Community Association. The framework will deliver care and support to Newcastle residents aged 65 and over, and adults with mental health needs, physical disabilities, dementia, learning disabilities, autism, or end-of-life care requirements, operating 365 days annually between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
