Overview
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires qualified accredited Domestic and Non-Domestic Energy Assessors for the provision of:
• An energy performance survey service applicable where tenants apply to purchase their dwelling under the House Sales Scheme for properties for which a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) does not exist.
• An energy performance survey service applicable for the sale of vacant dwellings for properties for which a valid EPC does not exist.
• An energy performance survey service applicable for the letting and re-letting of commercial premises not exceeding 500sq metres gross internal floor space for which a valid EPC does not exist.
