Overview

The Defence Science and Technology Laboratory procured the design, assembly and supply of 31U high 19 inch equipment cabinets containing seven electronic enclosures and a Human Computer Interface, built to defence standards including DEFSTAN 08-107 and subjected to EMC and environmental testing. The cabinets featured dual cooling modes (air-cooled and chilled water) and incorporated custom electronic enclosures, a processing chassis, and heat exchangers. STEATITE LIMITED was awarded the contract on 17 August 2025 for £1,649,818, and delivery is now complete.
