Care at Home Adults and Children In North Lincolnshire (Part 2 - Lots 3a, 3b, and 4)

North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Health Care Partnership seek to commission Care at Home providers to join a transformative framework to deliver care and support for adults with complex physical and clinical Need and mental health, learning disabilities and autism and children with care and support needs across North Lincolnshire. The contract will an open framework and will be for a period 36 months with the option to establish a new framework prior to the end of the 36 months.
