Overview
The Authority’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of Asbestos Surveys and Inspections. Thurrock Council has a housing stock of approximately 10,000 properties as a mixture of dwellings including high-rise, low-rise and individual houses. This contract establishes a single service provider to perform management surveys, re-inspection surveys and combination surveys within the housing stock with the option to include non-housing stock and any other property which is added into either housing or non-housing stock later during the contract term.
