For the courses, the core content should be developed by the Service Providers experts but also needs the flexibility so that it can be tailored and adapted by specified Teams to customise the look and feel of the content, to make it is specific to the requirements of the University of Warwick. The student content would be in relation to harassment and sexual misconduct, engaging c.10,000 students. This service must meet the requirements of the new condition of regulation that the Office for Students is introducing from August 2025.

The contract is intended to commence June 2025 and run initially for 3 year, with the potential to extend for a further 2 years (3+1+1), subject to performance. For the courses, the core content should be developed by the Service Providers experts but also needs the flexibility so that it can be tailored and adapted by specified Teams to customise the look and feel of the content, to make it is specific to the requirements of the University of Warwick.
