• Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services Facility

  Lot 1 will enable Participating Authorities to contract for the design, build and equip of a new facility from which Sterile Services would be provided; and optionally obtain a managed service for ongoing facilities management and maintenance of the new building facility; and optionally obtain a continuing managed service for ongoing maintenance, availability and renewal of the decontamination services machinery, equipment and surgical instruments and supplies.

  Lot 2 will enable Participating Authorities to contract for the design, build and equip of a new facility from which Sterile Services would be provided with the Supplier providing finance to enable the design and/or build and/or equip of the new facility; and optionally obtain a managed service for ongoing facilities management and maintenance of the new building facility; and optionally obtain a continuing managed service for ongoing maintenance, availability and renewal of the decontamination services machinery, equipment and surgical instruments and supplies.
