The works will be carried out in a combination of low rise and high rise properties and will comprise the repair and maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems, Air Handling Units, Automatic Doors, Cold Water Booster Pumps, Cold Water Expansion Vessels, Common Extractor Fans, Disabled Access Systems, Pumps, Dry Risers, Emergency Lights, Emergency Lights and Battaery back up, Expansion Vessels, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Equipment, Intruder Alarms, Lightning Protection, Mansafe/Roof Anchor Systems, Plate Heat Exchangers, Pressurisation Units, Pumps, Smoke Detectors, Smoke Extraction Systems, Smoke Ventilation Solar PV and Warden Call Systems
