IT Architecture Services for DFTO

DFTO requires expert IT architecture services (professional services) to work at both group and operator level to assist in the development of a comprehensive systems strategy, roadmap, standards and compliance framework. This initiative aims to optimise our systems and technology landscape, align with business objectives, and establish consistent standards across our infrastructure. DFTO is in a growth phase for the next 2 years, whereby the governments nationalisation policy will see further DfT Train Operating Companies move under its control. Given DFTO's evolving scale and scope, it is proposed that this service will be procured on a time and materials basis with pre-defined rates.
