Supported Living at Brickfields

Brighton and Hove City Council has awarded a contract to The Grace Eyre Foundation to provide a 24-hour supported living service at a new 28-unit development in Hove for people with physical disability and acquired brain injury, with an initial 5-year contract value of £8,144,662.65. The service will support up to 29 individuals across self-contained flats, including four units for 18–25 year-olds and two units for people with bariatric needs, and must be delivered in accordance with Care Quality Commission requirements. The provider will work with a separately identified Registered Provider (landlord) to deliver outcome-focused, person-centred support at the newly completed facility.
