Overview

The Department for Education has awarded the Construction Framework 2025 (CF25), a closed framework under the Procurement Act 2023, to 23 contractors including BAM Construction Limited, Kier Construction Limited, Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, and others. The framework, valued at £154 billion across 2 value bands and 10 lots with a 6-year term (extendable by up to 2 years), will support the design and build of educational facilities such as schools, academies, colleges, and ancillary structures for the DfE and other public bodies including Local Authorities in England. The framework agreements were entered into on 14 January 2026.
