A range of services were required including but not limited to; - Electrical repairs - Electrical Installation Condition Reports - Communal door repairs and maintenance - General repairs and maintenance - Joinery repairs - Gutter cleaning and gutter repairs - Plastering As part of Halton Housing, Open Solutions (OSUK) Limited is guided by the same values. This procurement exercise was led by Open Solutions (OSUK) Limited for itself and on behalf of the other members of Halton Housing.
