South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council appointed Biffa Waste Services Limited in October 2025 to provide integrated waste collection and street cleansing services across both councils' areas, including residual waste, dry recyclables, green waste, food waste, clinical waste, bulky waste collection, and street cleaning.
