The Bank of England awarded a four-year Technology Transformation & Delivery Framework (TDF) agreement on 19 October 2025 to 16 suppliers across seven lots, valued at £2.88 billion. The multi-supplier framework provides project delivery services to support the Bank's Technology Directorate functions, including infrastructure, platform, recruitment and training, enterprise, product delivery, data, and architecture services, delivered both on-site and off-site with no committed minimum spend.
