  This lot is specifically intended to provide a straightforward procurement route to enable innovative 3rd party funding options to be provided, in order to overcome the capital funding challenge. The Lot invites bidders with capability to provide both funding and supply/installation capability such that a turnkey installation can be provided under a funded arrangement. Bids are encouraged from installers and funding providers who partner to make a consortium bid as well as organisations who are able to offer funding and installation completely in-house
