Overview
The Council seeks to appoint a Framework Delivery and Management Partner pursuant to
the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (the "Concessionaire") for an initial period of 7
years with the option, exercisable at the discretion of the Council, to extend in increments of
six (6) months, up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months to work in partnership with the
Council (the "Contracting Authority") to design, procure, market and manage construction
works and developer frameworks as defined by and compliant with the Procurement Act
2023.
The Council estimates the total concession value over the entire term of the Concession
Contract to range between £20 million - £25 million.
