Young Persons Supported Living / Accommodation Pathway Service

London Borough of Enfield has awarded a contract worth £6.9 million to Christian Action (Enfield) Housing Association Ltd for the provision of accommodation-based support services for vulnerable young people aged 18-24 years in Enfield. The service provides various levels of support tailored to individual needs, with the aim of helping young people transition into education, employment, training, or independent living, operating across accommodation schemes of 14+ units to maximize support resources. The contract runs for an initial three-year term with an option to extend for a further two years, and was awarded directly to the existing provider as no reasonable alternative exists to deliver the required volume and quality of suitable schemes in the current Enfield accommodation market.
