London Borough of Newham is operating a framework re-opening for prevention and support services related to HIV, STIs, and other blood-borne viruses, split into five lots covering prevention, family support, connection to care, specialist services, and outreach/communications. The framework was awarded on 30 April 2025 to Body & Soul, Catch 22 Charity Limited, and Positive East for a total value of £135 million and runs for 4 years plus 4 years; this current re-opening invites new organisations or existing framework members to apply for additional lots, with calls planned twice per annum throughout the framework's lifetime.
