Overview

Scottish Water has awarded a strategic framework partnership to Ross-Shire Engineering Ltd for the delivery of ceramic membrane plants across Scotland as part of its Ceramic Membrane Capital Investment Programme, valued at 500–800 million GBP. The framework, effective from 2025 until March 2033 with possible extension to March 2039, requires the appointed partner to provide MEICA, civil construction, and ceramic membrane product supply capabilities, with the ability to act as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations.
