Reopening of Care at Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Ill Health - Flexible Framework (February 2026)

East Ayrshire Council awarded a flexible framework valued at £73 million on 28 June 2026 to provide care at home services for adults with learning disabilities and mental ill health. The framework includes ten service providers: Care1 Professional Services LTD, Delight Supported Living Ltd, ENABLE Scotland (leading the Way), Hansel Alliance, Key Housing Association Limited, Partners For Inclusion, Quarriers, RAMH, The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Limited, and Thorntoun Limited. Existing providers from the original framework that commenced in April 2025 were permitted to continue without reapplication.
