Night Vision Devices (NVD) Framework Agreement

The UK Ministry of Defence has awarded a multi-supplier framework agreement for the procurement of Night Vision Devices valued at up to £120M over seven years to 18 suppliers including Thales UK Limited, Qioptiq Ltd, and others. The framework enables flexible procurement of night vision capability for Front Line Commands, with suppliers providing technical data followed by trials and assessment by the Authority before physical products are procured. Support services will be provided through the Surveillance Target Acquisition Support (STAS) Contract via sub-contract arrangements with the designated support supplier.
