Lot 1: Regional Face to Face Foreign Language Interpreting. Lot 1 will cover the Provision of Interpreting Professionals required in a face to face setting within the North East Region of England. Settings may include, but will not be limited to: - Local Authority offices - Medical appointments - Police Station/Courts - Service Users' homes - Other neutral settings Services may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Providers must ensure they can comply with this requirement.
Telephone or Video Interpreting (North East)
Lot 2 covers the Provision of Interpreting Professionals via Telephone or video in the North East Services may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Providers must ensure that they can comply with this requirement.
Written/Braille Translation
The provision of Written/Braille Translation services in the North East. Lot 3 covers the Provision of Written and Braille Translation Services. Transcription Services will also be included within this Lot.
