Overview

The Education Alliance is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for professional services in construction and premises across Scotland, covering new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing, infrastructure, and railway industry projects. The DPS will operate as a single-stage open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, split into 22 categories, and will run until April 2028 coinciding with a recently awarded framework agreement. The system is available for use by all public-sector bodies and charities in Scotland.
