The Education Alliance is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for professional services in construction and premises contracts across the UK (excluding Scotland), covering new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, railway and infrastructure projects. The DPS will be split into 22 categories and is open to all UK public-sector bodies and charities (excluding Scotland) through an open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, running until April 2028.
