Overview

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and House of Lords jointly awarded the Parliamentary Construction Partnership Framework to ten contractors on 15 October 2025, valued at £5.7 billion, to deliver capital investment and maintenance projects across the Parliamentary Estate, which comprises over 250,000 m² of primarily listed buildings including the Grade I Listed Palace of Westminster. The framework supersedes the previous MEPFS Framework and supports the Strategic Estates team's delivery of construction, design, heritage asset management, and specialist services, with the Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority also named as a user.
