Overview

The British Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Partner Testing Points (PTPs) to deliver IELTS on Computer test sessions across major cities in 15 countries in the Americas, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and others. PTPs will conduct 3-hour written tests on computer and 15-minute internet-delivered speaking exams, with tests typically scheduled at 9am or 1pm on any day of the week. This is an open tender with a submission deadline of 29 February 2028.
