Re-opening of Peer Outreach Service Framework - January 2026

East Ayrshire Council awarded a flexible framework agreement worth £1.368 million on 29 April 2026 to five providers for the delivery of peer outreach services across additional communities in East Ayrshire. The framework was reopened in January 2026 to extend service delivery to new areas while maintaining existing provider arrangements in currently served communities. The awarded providers are Auchinleck Community Development Initiative, East Ayrshire Churches Homeless Action, The Nest Wellbeing Group, The Zone Initiative Limited, and We Are With You.
