Overview

Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire local authorities are seeking providers for a framework agreement worth £28.6 million to deliver three specialist care and support services for children and young people: nurse-led specialist support and care, emergency mental health and behavioural support for children in social care placements, and parent and child assessment services for young parents aged 16–25. The framework will operate across multiple lots with options for direct awards, mini competitions, or block arrangements, and will be used by local authorities and the Integrated Care Board for both short and longer-term service calls, with all provision required to adopt trauma-informed practice approaches.
