Overview

City & County of Swansea has awarded a refreshed framework agreement worth £165 million on 14 May 2025 for housing-related support within temporary accommodation for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with medium to complex support needs, including substance misuse across fixed schemes in the city. The framework comprises two lots: Emergency Accommodation and Temporary Supported Housing, and allows both new providers and existing framework providers to apply for appointment. Fifteen providers have been appointed including Barnardo's, Llamau, The Wallich, Pobl Care and Support, and others.
