Overview

Wiltshire Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for passenger transport services with two lots: vehicles over 16 seats for home-to-school and public transport (Lot 1), and vehicles with 16 seats or fewer for SEN, social care, and home-to-school transport (Lot 2). The DPS will run for an initial 5-year term with an optional 2-year extension, with call-offs commencing December 2022, and may also include reverse e-auctions for drivers and passenger assistants.
