Garendon Park - New 2FE Primary School - Construction Stage

Leicestershire County Council has awarded a construction contract worth £11.79 million to Willmot Dixon Construction Limited for building a new two-form entry primary school on greenfield land at Garendon Park, part of the Primary School North s.106 requirement. The project involves constructing a two-storey primary school following Leicestershire County Council's standardised design model, incorporating net zero low carbon standards and sprinkler systems per DfE specifications. The contract was awarded via further competition under the PAGABO Major Works framework and has now been completed.
