Stoke on Trent City Council has secured Warm homes: Local Grant funding, from the Department for Energy Security and Net-Zero to improve the energy efficiency of privately owned domestic properties located within the city.
The Council has appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits, installing energy efficiency measures including fabric measures and low Carbon heat installations to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) delivering circa 368 energy efficiency measures.
Contractors will:
• Provide a retrofit assessment and coordination service covering designing, approving and signing off a retrofit plan and uploading measures to Trustmark.
