Overview
The Department for Energy Security & Net Zero ("DESNZ") wishes to commission contracts for Automatic Remote Monitoring System (ARMS) providers to support HNTAS Data Pilots.
The HNTAS Data Pilots will develop, implement, test and demonstrate the automated collection, calculation, and submission of heat network performance data into the HNTAS Digital Service. ARMS providers will collect data from various monitoring devices, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) even when some data is missing, and submit results automatically via an Application Programming Interface (API). The pilots will be carried out on live, well-monitored heat networks, with ARMS providers working closely with DESNZ's technical and digital teams to prove the end-to-end process and provide feedback.
The aim is to prove end-to-end data acquisition, transfer and analysis, in order to provide automated KPIs into the HNTAS Digital Service.
