CWF Lot 1A - Staveley PS - Roofing Works

Westmorland and Furness Council awarded roofing and associated works at Staveley Primary School's Early Years Block to Top Notch Contractors Limited for £257,073.15 on 16 June 2026. The scope includes replacement of the flat roof with a Bauder built-up felt system with thermal upgrade, replacement of roof lights and UPVc facias, rainwater goods replacement, internal water ingress remediation with new ceilings and decoration, and mechanical works comprising replacement of cold-water pipework with new copper services and pipe boxing.
