Tone of Voice

HM Land Registry has awarded a contract for services that will support with the planning and implementation of its new Tone of Voice. The scope of this phase of the project will focus on written customer correspondence and shall include (but not limited to) the creation of a set of actionable communication principles and practical guidelines, the development of a communications strategy and the creation of a comprehensive training and engagement program for HMLR employees. The contract was sourced via Further Competition RM6126 - Research & Insights DPS. The estimated total contract value is £118,150.00 (ex VAT). The initial term of the contract is 6 months and includes an optional 3 month extension until 31st August 2026 at HMLR's sole discretion.
