Overview

The Council is seeking to appoint one provider to complete technical investigations and feasibility studies across 5 Council owned sites in advance of procuring Registered Providers to design, construct and manage the development of extra care schemes at these locations. These will support the Council to assess the suitability for the sites for extra care housing, identify significant site constraints, risks and their potential mitigations. They will not be used to support any subsequent planning application.
